Pension Service Center (PSC)
PSC is a service center specifically designed for Russian speakers in Israel. The center provides professional consulting and support in the fields of pensions, national insurance (Bituach Leumi), and social rights, helping clients understand their entitlements, complete applications, and manage all necessary procedures with the authorities.
My role in the project:
• Characterization – defining the needs and structure of the site tailored for a Russian-speaking audience.
• Design – creating a clean and clear user interface, specifically adapted for an older and Russian-speaking demographic.
• Development – building the entire site, including information systems and online forms customized for consulting and support services.
